Dear Provider, I’ve heard that you guys are requiring/demanding copies of participant plans. That’s not cool, and you don’t want to be a Wally, so I’m hoping that was a mis-communication. For Agency Managed clients, you only need to know goals, plan dates, NDIS number and the amount of the service booking budget the participant has agreed for you to book.
