How do I become a Zoom master and join the workshop or course?
First, register for the workshop or course using the link in your email invitation (check your junk mail!!). This exclusive event is for registered users only, so if you haven’t signed up for Zoom yet, go ahead and do that. After you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting room. Remember, this same link will be your golden ticket for your webinar, or all three days of the SC course if that’s what you’ve signed up for.
You can also play with Zoom and get used to it before the day by joining a test meeting here. It’s well worth it if you’re a Zoom virgin or just not really confident yet.
Will I receive a lifetime supply of recordings?
We can’t guarantee a lifetime supply, but we promise to send you a recording of the webinar within one business day of the end of the course. Just be sure to watch it before it self-destructs (kidding, it will only be available for a limited time – about 2 months).
Can a few of us watch at once?
Each ticket is for one person only. Of course, if you require an Auslan interpreter, for example, we provide an extra “seat” for them at no cost. We do not allow more than one person to be sharing a screen/ticket in the session.
Can I register on the morning of the course or workshop?
Unfortunately, our amazing team won’t be able to help with last-minute registration on the morning of the course. That’s why it’s important to register ahead of time and join our exclusive Zoom club. Look for the registration link in your email invitation and sign up for free to gain access. See you there, Zoom superstar!
Do you record the workshops?
Yes, every workshop is recorded (unless there are extreme technical difficulties) and the link to the recording is sent out the next day – but ONLY to those who have registered for that particular event on the Zoom platform.
What about the slides and transcript and stuff?
Yep, AFTER the event, we send you a link to the auto-transcription transcript, as well as an accessible pdf of the slides, and all the links in the slides are clickable. If the links aren’t working for you, try opening the pdf in a different browser, or in adobe acrobat reader (it’s free)des and transcript and stuff?
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your registration more than a week before the event, we will refund your place. You can also transfer your ticket to someone else at any time – but you need to let us know as the Zoom registration is only available to the registered email user, so we need to switch that over.

Please check your junk/spam mail. We find that the registration emails sometimes go to your junk mail, especially if you’re a gmail, Hotmail, internode or yahoo mail user. Sigh. It’s very frustrating. Sorry.
If you think you might have put in the wrong email address or phone number when you signed up, that will make it impossible for us to get you the links. This is one reason why we ask you to register well before the day of the event. Because we are just not available to help you at 8pm the night before or 7am on the morning of your event
Can I claim this from my NDIS Plan?
Most people who attend our courses use their Plan or Self Managed NDIS Plan to pay for it. But each person needs to decide “Can I Buy It?” using this list:

The Plan Manager won’t pay until the day of the course. Help!
This is a pain. For the Support Coordination 3 day course, if you can get us an email directly from your plan manager assuring us that they will pay on the day of the event, we can confirm your registration, but we can’t guarantee your place, or send you any materials or the zoom registration link until we have that confirmation in writing. We’ve been burnt before. Sorry.
For our short 1-3 hour workshops or webinars, you’ll need to pay in advance, and we’re unable to accept a guarantee from your plan manager. The course fee will need to be paid in advance. We suggest that at your next planning meeting, if you’re able, have at least a portion of your NDIS Self Managed so you can claim and be reimbursed for payment requests quickly and easily.
