There are a few providers who are sending out invoices to cover their costs to prepare quotes. Often these are simply quotes for something as basic as "6 OT sessions" and quoted at the standard therapy rate. I don't think it reasonable to charge $88 to prepare a quote for such a standard service. I really don't.
