Mummy (and Daddy) guilt is strong enough among families, but among families of kids with disability, we parents can take our expectations of ourselves to outrageous levels – heights way and beyond what is humanly possible. For the vast majority of our kids, IT IS OK TO TAKE A THERAPY BREAK. I’ll write that again: IT IS OK TO TAKE A THERAPY BREAK.
