Misuse is a muckup. A mistake - spending money from the wrong bucket, using it to buy something you worked through the list and genuinely thought it was appropriate but NDIS disagrees, accidentally claiming twice, then fixing that up. This stuff is misuse or errors. There are NO criminal charges, courts or jail etc for misuse. The NDIS are supposed to offer education in this case but if they’re worried enough (or untrained enough) they might take self management away…
