💛 Sometimes things go wrong.
📢 You have the right to speak up.


❓ What is a complaint?

🗣️ A complaint is when you are not happy with a service.
👉 This could be about how you are treated, your support, or your money.


👍 Step 1: Talk to the provider

📞 Tell the provider what is wrong
💬 You can speak, email, or write it down
🤝 Many problems can be fixed quickly


🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Step 2: Get support

👥 You can ask someone to help you
👨‍👩‍👧 This could be family, a friend, or a support worker
🗣️ You can also use a free advocate


📋 Step 3: Make a formal complaint

📄 If the problem is not fixed, you can make a complaint
