PWDA (People With Disability Australia) are now administering the Qantas Carer Concession card (it used to done by NICAN but they were defunded) so you can now get a renewal or apply for the first time if you haven't already. http://www.pwd.org.au/what-we-do/qantascarerconcession.html The card is a little more expensive than it used to be ($50 for 3 years) but it is available again!
