People who have been "diagnosed by a multidisciplinary team, paediatrician, psychiatrist or clinical psychologist experienced in the assessment of Pervasive Developmental Disorders" with a DSM-5 diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 2 "Needs Substantial Support" or Level 3 "Needs Very Substantial Support" are included on "List A: Permanent Impairment/functional capacity - No further assessment required". People with a moderate, severe or profound intellectual disability (IQ less than 55) are also included under List A. There are plenty of other dx's…
