Do I have to tell my providers I am on the NDIS?

Short answer, if your NDIS plan is NOT Agency Managed, no, you are not required to tell anyone you have an NDIS plan. If your NDIS Plan is Agency Managed – your providers, who will all need to be registered providers – will need to know your Name, NDIS number and birthdate so they can make a service booking.
