Planning to travel in the holidays?

♿ There are lots of ways places help make travel more accessible for people with disabilities.

🚉 Public transport in our major cities usually offers accessibility options like priority seating, ramps, and audio-visual announcements.

🛏️ Hotels, motels, and camping spots sometimes have accessible rooms, roll-in showers, and other features to help people with a disability.

🌿 Many national parks, like Kakadu and Cradle Mountain, have accessible trails, viewing platforms, and toilets that are accessible.

🤿 Some tourism operators, like those at the Great Barrier Reef, can provide adaptive equipment to help everyone enjoy snorkeling and other activities.

🦮 Some airports have assistance animal relief areas for a more comfortable and accessible travel for people with assistance animals.
