Presentations and workshops

  • Sam has presented 100's of NDIS Nuts & Bolts sessions to thousands of people with disability, carers, workers, parliamentarians, service providers and community groups since 2015. These sessions lay out the NDIS – the good, the bad, the ugly and the awesome. Presented with direct experience of the scheme as a parent, advocate and support co-ordinator, We present all the basics to prepare you for the planning meeting and help you make the most of your choice and control. You can book us to make a live (in person in SA) or Zoom or Teams presentation to families, people with disability (intellectual, physical and/or sensory), school, community group or professional association here
  • These sessions are always tailored to the audience – no two are the same, and Q&A’s are always welcome. This presentation works for groups of almost any size, from five to 200, though small groups are more beneficial, especially for those with cognitive disability.  Sam donates this presentation to school groups at no cost twice each month.
  • Send an email to to ask about the next available times (these are often booked up months in advance).
